Victoria Camera provides binocular repairs, service and alignments. We can realign the prism(s), resecure loose parts and provide cleanings for the exterior areas and glass elements, both interior and exterior.
You can drop off anytime Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 am to 4-pm. Upon drop off there is a diagnostic/estimate fee charged. This fee is credited toward the service you have done and is a non-refundable fee if the estimate is declined or the equipment proves to not be serviceable for any reason. We do not estimate over the phone or online.
When you drop off your equipment, there will be an diagnostic/estimate queue of 1-4 business days. Once assesed and estimated we will contact you via phone or email with your cost for service.
